I've had the honor to coach, mentor and train thousands of leaders and teams internationally. Prior to launching my coaching practice, I spent two decades as a Talent Development and Marketing Executive where I coached people on all aspects of business and life.

When my clients are in a good mood (totally kidding), they describe me as approachable, intuitive, energetic,  straightforward, caring, empowering with an uncanny ability to help them identify, celebrate, own and leverage their unique gifts and talents.

I feel "blessed" to have a career (that feels more like a calling) where courageous people trust me to share their most intimate selves—hopes, fears, dreams and their hearts

I love spending time with family and friends, especially in nature.  Some of my favorite things are cycling, tennis, hiking, kayaking, writing, yoga, belly laughing and anything at the beach.  My volunteer and advocacy work focuses on education, children and human rights. We are all in this together—thankfully.
